We are seeking a skilled and analytical SEO Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will enhance the companys online presence by executing effective on-page and technical SEO strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support business goals through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases for US and international markets
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility
Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools
Assess website health and identify technical issues affecting search engine indexing
Generate comprehensive SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices
Partner with content strategists, web developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Lead and support projects by collaborating with all impacted groups and functions
Solve technical problems and perform data analysis to improve SEO outcomes
Support incident and problem resolution throughout the information system lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, documentation of root causes, and implementation of corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in SEO or a related discipline (agency or client side)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO best practices, content optimization, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
Ability to analyze data, produce insights, and create clear reports
Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and deadline-driven environment
