The Sales Lead plays a crucial role in guiding new and existing clients through the onboarding and education process. This role focuses on building connections, providing clarity, and fostering trust to help clients understand how to supports their financial goals.
Sales Lead - Responsibilities:
• Engage with qualified inbound leads and referrals, understanding each client’s unique goals
• Educate prospects about services, structure, and wealth management philosophy
• Coordinate with advisors and operations teams to ensure smooth client handoffs
• Track conversations and progress through CRM tools to maintain accuracy and follow-up
• Provide feedback to improve client communication and overall experience
