Overall Responsibilities :

The Senior S&OP Analyst is responsible for taking the ownership of the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring effective alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material supply. This role proactively drives sales target achievement, demand forecasting, and operational execution through deep-dive analysis. Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with OEM customers and internal teams is critical to success. As Senior S&OP Analyst you will be required to work in cross functional teams which include customers, global HQ in Korea, sales, suppliers, quality and global manufacturing plants. The position plays a vital role in optimizing supply chain performance through supporting business growth, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products within the dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

The major tasks are shown below :

[Demand & Planning]

• Analyze EDI data and PSI reports from OEMs to ensure accurate demand and supply visibility.
• Collaborate with HQ Sales team to set monthly sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business objectives by aligning demand and supply planning to optimize inventory and production includes setting service level targets (SVC)
• Conduct independent analysis of sales and operational performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
