Evening Security / Maintenance Technician

Overview :

Security / Maintenance Technician- Full Time Evenings

RiverWoods in Exeter is currently seeking a Security / Maintenance Technician to join our team and help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our residents and community. This position is Full Time Sunday - Thursday role covering 2nd shift (4pm - 12am) Snow removal may also require additional flexibility of schedule.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Minimum two years in a building maintenance role essential.

Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or another trade is desirable.

Valid Driver's License is required
