Position Overview :

Bishop Blanchet High School is seeking a Varsity Assistant Softball Coach for the 2025-2026 spring season. Applicants with JUCO, NAIA, and D1-3 experience, but not a requirement, previous coaching experience at the HS level, 21 years or older, possessing a valid Washington State driver's license, and current First Aid / CPR / AED certification are preferred. This position reports to the Athletic Director.

Softball is a spring sport. The season runs from March 2 through May 23, 2026.

Responsibilities will include :

• Compliance with all Bishop Blanchet HS, Metro League, and WIAA policies and procedures.
• Supervision of student-athletes during all team activities :

Coaches need to be available between the hours of 3-9pm for practice and games (Monday-Saturday).

Compensation : $2250-$3000 stipend

This position is not benefits eligible.

We offer competitive stipends that are paid in one installment, half way through the competition season. We also offer access to professional development and BBHS Athletics Apparel.
