Private Equity Associate

We are looking to speak with talented mid- to senior-level associate attorneys to join our client’s Private Equity and M&A team.

This is a Chicago-based opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your judgment, technical skill, and strategic insight will directly support sophisticated private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.

This is an opportunity for attorneys with strong private equity and M&A experience who are ready to take ownership of complex matters and serve as a trusted advisor. Associates get exposure to a wide range of PE transactions—platform acquisitions, roll-ups, minority investments, mergers, joint ventures, and beyond.

You will play a lead role on transactions, collaborate closely within a supportive team environment, and help guide clients through critical business decisions.

Associates don’t get lost in the shuffle. You’ll take on substantive drafting, negotiating, and client-facing responsibilities early. Associates frequently step into roles where they’re running major workstreams and contributing directly to deal strategy.
