Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Guaranteed hours per week : 40 hours guaranteed

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Assist with patient care including wound care, dressing changes, and personal hygiene.
• Collect samples for lab tests (e.g., blood, urine).
• Provide patient education on care plans, medications, and follow-up procedures.
• Support RNs and physicians in medical procedures and patient assessments.
• Document patient information and update electronic health records (EHR).
• Respond to patient needs and report any significant changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with healthcare protocols.
