Mission Home Health is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with our patients to help improve their overall physical well-being. Compensation starting at $80-$90 / hour, with extensive experience, compensation is negotiable and open for discussion.

Area of Support : Sunnyvale, CA and / or San Jose, CA

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the state
• Doctorate or Master (MS) degree in physical therapy
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a physical therapist
• Current CPR certification
• A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state / or organization requirements and is in good working order
