The Position: The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of a well-run property with emphasis on preventative upkeep, capital improvement, and maintenance repair. A successful Maintenance Technician will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property.
The Property: The Quarters Columbia is an amenity-rich housing community consisting of 260 units and 616 beds, recently renovated and designed with University of Missouri students in mind.
This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs.
The compensation range for this position is $19.85 - $24.71 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.
