As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and satisfaction of our patients by providing exceptional culinary care and support to our culinary team.
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with dietary standards and patient preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, waste, and patient meal requests
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient meal service and patient satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and communicating with vendors
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Dietary Aide Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in food service or a related field is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
