Engage with stakeholders to optimize documentation and coding processes
Lead the facility coding team, focusing on quality assurance and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or a similar field required
Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in coding
5+ years of experience with EPIC system functionalities
Certifications such as CCS, RHIA, or RHIT are required
