Who You Are
As an Authentication Center (AC) Generalist you will be directly responsible for the following primary workflow tasks: 1) shipping buyer orders, 2) stowing inventory, 3) pulling orders, and 4) receiving incoming merchandise. This includes counting, conditioning, and sorting receipts; as well as pulling, kitting, and packaging buyer orders.
The Impact You Will Make Here
- Operate within established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Count, sort, condition and file products and supplies while maintaining standard levels of output
- Check the accuracy of pulled, prepped and packaged items
- Escalate or report any discrepancy in products
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking products for customers
- Place completed pulled, prepped and staged orders into appropriate areas
- Prepare and stage skids for outbound shipments using different carriers
- Finish duties and tasks in a timely manner while completing targeted amount of output per day for the tasks performed
- Fill department appropriate records and department logs
- Ensure that all merchandise, tools and supplies are organized and accounted for at the end of the shift
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Attend the department daily and weekly meetings
- Take on special projects as needed in order to help our customers or to help us grow TCGplayer
- Provide assistance to other groups or departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring To The Team
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Drive - Demonstrates initiative and a desire to be part of a passionate team of individuals

You'll Go Beyond If You Have
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of hobby games like Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon
Physical Demands
The role involves the following physical demands on a regular basis:
- Steadily and carefully manipulating tools, materials, etc. up to 6.5 hours out of 8 or 7.5 out of 10 hours per day.
- Remaining stationary/standing for an extended period of time.
- Positioning oneself to perform required tasks for up to 6.5 hours out of 8 or 7.5 out of 10 hours per day.
- Using office equipment, including a computer.
- Transporting and maneuvering objects in various directions weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Frequently communicating with teammates and managers, must be able to do so carefully and accurately.
- Communicating accurately, efficiently and effectively via computer and printed materials.
- Using writing tools, computer, pallet jack and other light warehouse tools. These are subject to change over time.
Work Environment
- Must be able to work in a loud and open environment for up to 6.5 hours out of 8 or 7.5 out of 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
- Must be able to work on a rotating or flexible schedule.
