What You'll Do :

We are seeking an Application Developer to provide technical competencies and systems knowledge in support of our applications. This person will be a developer for distributed systems within the Life Company. This includes system administration, report creation, data base design, and implementation of data extraction and transformation processes.

The Application Developer will conduct research and maintain high level of knowledge in systems software / hardware to ensure operations and implementations are of the highest quality.

• This position is located in our West Des Moines, Iowa office, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) after 90 days.
