You'll help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, managing access points, and remaining highly visible to support a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail distribution center environment.

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious activity at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and / or hazards.

Document and report observations, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with visitor and contractor management by verifying credentials and facilitating authorized entry.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or delivery personnel to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
