- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and organize data effectively.
- Create and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp to support communication efforts.
- Conduct data analytics to provide insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and project outcomes.
- Ensure high levels of attention to detail while handling sensitive information.
- Draft and edit communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Support administrative functions and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
