Key Responsibilities

Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports

Answering the phones with professionalism

Reconcile AP transactions and support month-end close

Assist with audits and provide documentation

Qualifications

Associate's degree in accounting or finance (Bachelor's preferred)

2+ years of AP or general accounting experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

Experience with Bill.com or automated AP workflows
