- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and procedures
- Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving business goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives
- Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods
Qualifications : Qualifications
