The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer for our LLM-powered coaching product that serves Fortune 500 enterprises. In this role you will actively build a gen-AI product, support the technical architecture and roadmap, and work on a nimble, product-focused team that is bringing a revolutionary new enterprise product to market. You will report to the Technical Lead, and indirectly to the CEO, who is the product visionary for the AI Coach, Nadia.

What You'll Do

• Work with the product team to understand and prioritize evolving requirements.
• Writing, reviewing, and deploying code.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap, including architecture and development infrastructure.
• Contribute to the product being scalable and maintainable.
• Support managing and and breaking down large product and technical efforts.
• Contribute to machine learning and large language model (LLM) pipelines and APIs, including OpenAI (GPT-3.5 and GPT-4), Azure (OpenAI), Anthropic (Claude), and others.

Location and Work Environment

If candidates are based in NYC or Toronto they can work hybrid in our offices, otherwise this role can be remote. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
