Email Automation Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospective candidates and clients effectively.
• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows in HubSpot for lead nurturing and candidate activation.
• Utilize AI tools to personalize outreach, improve segmentation, and enhance sourcing efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to implement innovative marketing solutions that accelerate candidate engagement and recruitment success.

Email Automation Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing marketing or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including automation and lead management features.
• Experience with AI-enabled sourcing and outreach tools.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and candidate personas.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, with a high school diploma as a minimum requirement.
