Proven experience in managing and scaling remote high-ticket sales teams
Experience in building high-performing leadership layers
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve team KPIs
Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management
Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching preferred
