  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Adept at adapting therapeutic techniques to accommodate diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong clinical insight and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation requirements.

  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday remuneration.
  • Insurance options for medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.

  • A Career that Resonates with You

In this role, you'll go beyond providing therapy - you will engage deeply with a community-focused mission to enhance voices, fortify communication, and create moments of joy through the indispensable human experience of understanding one another.

Here, you will collaborate with colleagues who value teamwork over rivalry in a supportive environment. Each patient has their narrative, and we trust you to help articulate it.

Why You Will Adore Living and Working in This Location

This enchanting region of New Mexico boasts a rhythm of life that dances between innovation and the warmth of southwestern hospitality. Nestled against the majestic backdrop of the Sandia Mountains and peppered with vibrant art and culture, this city is an oasis for those seeking an enriching balance between nature, community, and career opportunities.

Families flock to local parks for sunny afternoons filled with picnics, while outdoor enthusiasts traverse scenic trails, and savor the magic of the local food scene - from culinary delights at award-winning restaurants to authentic dishes from charming food trucks.

The area pulses with creativity, with artistic expressions visible in every mural, vibrations of local musicians filling the air, and lively festivals celebrating cultural diversity. For those pursuing a career here, the advantages expand beyond the vibrant lifestyle - a low cost of living and no state income tax contribute to an ideal environment for career growth.

No matter if you are taking your first steps in the field or you are an experienced clinician looking to spread your wings, this place offers ample room for personal and professional development.

Who We Are Eager to Welcome

We are on the lookout for a Speech Pathologist who is driven not solely by clinical success but also by a heartfelt commitment to empathy. Someone who can look at a hesitant child and envision a future overflowing with self-expression or hear a stroke survivor's faltering speech and perceive their determination to prevail.

Perhaps you are a pediatric expert aiming to extend your impact into adult services - or a clinician focused on neurorehabilitation eager to embrace early intervention practices.

Whatever your motivation, if you are ready to serve with both skill and heart, we are thrilled to open our doors to you.

Let's Craft the Next Chapter Together

If you perceive speech as more than mere sounds, and therapy as more than a series of tasks - if you value trust-building over goal-setting and appreciate laughter as much as language - this could very well be the next significant chapter in your career journey.

Join us in a community that cherishes communication, connectivity, and the bravery it requires to embrace new beginnings. Apply today to lend your voice to our team - and inspire others to discover theirs.
