Context
Stimulus is about to embark on a period of unprecedented growth as it leverages government BEAD funding and external capital to expand its fiber construction and internet services in Nevada, Oregon, Missouri and California
Role Summary
Own the recruiting engine for our next phase of growth: from VP/C-suite (CFO, CTO, CRO, VP Broadband Services) to engineering and field teams that power our fiber builds. Youll define roles, calibrate comp, map competitors, source passive talent, and close great people under tight deadlines.
