About The Position
Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician Profession: Interventional Radiology Technician Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: WI Radiographer License Certifications: BLS, ARRT RT, ARRT VI Must-Have: Prior IR experience, including Neuro IR experience, highly preferred. Experience with EPIC is preferred. Description: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) certification is required. ARRT Vascular Interventional (VI) certification is required. Call schedule is based on department needs. Currently, there is a requirement for 7 days on call, Monday through Sunday, followed by 7 days off. Call hours: Monday to Friday - 14.5 hours; Saturday and Sunday - 24 hours. On-call weekends are every other week based on current needs. Holidays will require being on call as needed, with at least one holiday being covered if it falls within the contract period. Floating onsite within skill set or to nearby sites (within 40 miles) may be required.
