The Sr. / Manager / Director / Vice President is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction organizational stability and executive oversight during a period of transition or transformation. Serving as a key member of the leadership team this role ensures continuity of operations alignment with strategic priorities and the successful execution of mission-critical initiatives.

The Director / Vice President acts as a trusted advisor and operational leader providing authoritative decision-making and executive presence to sustain organizational momentum. This individual applies deep subject matter expertise to guide enterprise strategy optimize operations and strengthen team performance. Through a balance of vision and execution the role advances business goals fosters cross-functional collaboration and ensures high levels of accountability and results.

Key responsibilities include :

Providing senior management leadership that ensures operational stability organizational continuity and consistent performance outcomes.

Partnering with the executive leadership team to align strategic priorities establish performance metrics and drive key transformation initiatives.

Building high-performing teams by fostering clarity accountability and empowerment across all levels of the organization.

Reinforcing stakeholder confidence through transparent communication visible leadership and operational discipline.

Acting as a stabilizing presence to guide the organization through change ensuring that objectives timelines and commitments are delivered with excellence.

This role is designed to bridge critical leadership needs during high-impact periods providing stability direction and measurable value while ensuring seamless transition toward long-term organizational success.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in relevant discipline

A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience to include at least five (5) years in a leadership capacity
