Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is looking for a Shift Leader to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position will report to the General Manager. We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
What You'll Do
- Lead Shift Operations : You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
- Drive Performance : You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and managing daily labor, sales, and food costs.
- Support Team Development : You'll help train and coach team members, providing feedback and supporting the accountability process.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This is a fast-paced role where you will be on your feet frequently, walking and standing. You must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
