Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing various stages of sales shipments and orders, specifically focusing on Food and Meat orders. This role involves collaboration with sales representatives, vendors, and government departments such as customs to ensure products are shipped and received accurately. The coordinator will track information using internal systems and Oracle, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple steps of sales shipments and orders for Food / Meat products.
• Collaborate with sales reps, vendors, and government departments to ensure accurate shipment and receipt of products.
• Track and manage client and shipment details through internal systems and Oracle.
• Compile and utilize original documents for international tracking and compliance.
• Ensure all information is correct and detailed to adhere to international regulations.

Work Environment

Located in Downtown SLC, this position is onsite from Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. You will work with a team lead and 2-3 other team members. The company offers a 401K with a 4% match after 6 months, eligibility for an annual COLA and / or merit bonus after 12 months, and 13 days of PTO which increases by 40 hours after the 3rd anniversary. Working interviews are available, allowing candidates to showcase their experience directly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
