Schedule :

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

3 x 12 hour night shifts : 7 PM to 7 AM, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

Location :

7820 W 165TH ST, Overland Park, 66223

Your Role :

As a CT Technologist, you will :

  • Perform CAT Scan procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, requiring independent judgment.
  • Keep the imaging room clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Administer opaque contrast material and start IVs for patients requiring IV contrast.
  • Communicate effectively with nurses and physicians for optimal patient care.
  • Send images to VRC promptly and manage reports in the PACS system.
  • Participate in training new CT techs.
  • Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards.
  • Foster ethical relationships with all staff and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Engage in your own professional development and continuing education.
  • Provide patient transportation when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the Radiology Director or Manager.

    • Qualifications :

    Education and Experience Required :

  • Associate's Degree or Graduate of a Technical School

    • Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required :

  • Kansas State License LRT
  • Nationally Registered ARRT
  • ARRT Registered CT Technologist
  • AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
