Key Responsibilities
Direct and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business growth and retention goals
Implement strategic marketing initiatives and execute sales processes to retain and grow customer accounts
Analyze competitor strategies and ensure maximum development of sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or a related field required
Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Seven (7) years of successful sales management experience required
Knowledge of competitive analysis, strategizing, and negotiation tools and techniques
Advanced knowledge of financial elements related to sales management preferred
