About the role

As a Product Manager for Platform Experience (DevX) at Anthropic you will drive the development and adoption of our API platform across enterprise organizations. Youll own the end-to-end enterprise API experience focusing on building scalable secure and compliant solutions that enable organizations to confidently integrate Claude into their systems and workflows. Working at the intersection of developer experience and enterprise needs youll transform our API into a trusted enterprise solution that delivers measurable value across teams and functions.

Responsibilities :

Customer Understanding & Advocacy

• Deeply engage with enterprise developers and technical leaders to understand their integration needs and pain points
• Run regular feedback sessions and technical reviews with key enterprise customers
• Build strong relationships with enterprise development teams to understand their workflows and challenges
• Transform customer insights into actionable product requirements and priorities

The expectedbase compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity benefits and may include incentive compensation.

Annual Salary :

$305000 - $385000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements : We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy : Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship : We do sponsor visas! However we arent able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

Were an extremely collaborative group and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time.
