Job Requirements

Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas

Taking / defending depositions and motion practice.

Conducing written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.

Inter partes review and / or ITC proceedings a plus.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state / jurisdiction in which the position is based.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering required. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.

Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
