Job Title : Production Operator
Location : Jeffersonville, IN
Shift : 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night schedules. Shift assignments may vary.
Hourly Rate : $16–$21 depending on experience and shift Job Responsibilities :
- Operate production and assembly equipment following standard procedures
- Load and unload materials and support smooth production flow
- Perform basic quality checks and record production data
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work with team leads to meet daily production goals
- Support overtime and shift changes as needed
