Client Director

GAN Integrity is a global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, helping organizations build ethical cultures, reduce risk, and make informed decisions with confidence. We're looking for driven and proactive Client Directors to join our global sales team. We are seeking one Client Director based in the United States and one based in the United Kingdom.

As a Client Director at GAN, you'll focus on new business acquisition, selling GAN Integrity's enterprise GRC solutions to large organizations. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and own the full 360 process - from pipeline generation to deal close. Our ideal candidate is a strategic professional with strong sales discipline, a growth mindset, and a proven ability to navigate enterprise-level SaaS sales environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver against an annual sales target of $1.1M, with an average deal size of $90,000100,000.
  • Drive net new logo acquisition, identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and inbound leads.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of GAN Integrity's solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - including Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success - to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed on market trends to position GAN Integrity effectively.
  • Represent GAN Integrity as a trusted advisor in the GRC and compliance community.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales with consistent achievement of $1M+ annual quotas.
  • Strong experience in complex solution selling, managing long sales cycles, and multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset - motivated to build and own your pipeline while leveraging inbound opportunities.
  • Background in compliance, risk, or GRC software is highly desirable.
  • Experience across both smaller, high-growth and larger, structured organizations.
  • Demonstrated sales training and discipline; able to showcase a structured approach to selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A growth mindset and collaborative approach to driving results.
