Process Auditor I

A company is looking for a Process Auditor I.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide resolution to identified overpayments through various methods

Research and adjust claims in accordance with Plan contract provisions and policies

Resolve Accounts Receivable issues and ensure timely resolution of service requests

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED required

1 to 2 years of customer service / benefit processing experience

Strong knowledge of medical terminology preferred
