Location : Saint Louis, MO 63147
Work Setting : Onsite (industrial manufacturing environment; PPE required)
Shift Schedule : Monday-Friday : Rotating schedule every two weeks — 1st Shift (6 : 00am–2 : 30pm), 2nd Shift (2 : 00pm–10 : 30pm), 3rd Shift (10 : 00pm–6 : 30am).
Training Schedule : New hires will start on 1st shift for the first 4–6 months for onboarding and training before entering the rotating shift cycle.
Compensation : $30.42 per hour (raises each quarter for the 1st year)

P osition Summary
The Production Associate is an entry-level, hands-on position in a high-volume industrial production facility. This position supports all aspects of resin manufacturing, including material handling, equipment operation, packaging, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Team members rotate between stations based on production needs and receive cross-training to support overall operations. The role requires the consistent use of PPE—including respirators—and the physical ability to lift 55+ lbs. After completing 4–6 months of training on 1st shift, employees transition into the regular rotating shift schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Weigh and process raw materials according to precise formulas
- Support product manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and material movement
- Operate or assist with industrial machinery used in resin production
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas
- Perform routine tasks following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Handle product sampling, filtering, and transportation
- Participate in safety meetings and follow daily work plans
- Communicate regularly with team leads and supervisors
- Assist co-workers with pallet movement, drum labeling, cleaning, and general support
- Wear required PPE and change into / from uniforms at the start and end of each shift
- Complete safety and production documentation accurately
- Provide general labor support during downtime (maintenance, cleaning, painting)
