Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions with a focus on data technologies
Develop and implement Data solutions using best-in-the-class data frameworks
Manage software development projects from start to finish, utilizing agile methodologies for peak efficiency and effectiveness
Serve as the primary technical liaison for our Georgia clients, meeting their needs with precision and professionalism
Build collaborative partnerships with architects, technical leads, and key individuals within other functional groups
Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
Coordinate across various departments to align technical goals with EPAM's broader strategic objectives

Requirements

Extensive experience of end-to-end background in Software Engineering in such areas as Data Software Engineering / Machine Learning Operations / Machine Learning

A proven track record of delivering in Agile project management and leading high-performing software development teams

Experience in SQL or similar languages

Development experience in at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.)

Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal communication skills

BA / BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other technical fields
