Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers

by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax

return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading,

Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing

Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll

give you amazing continuous support for everything.   ~ Get

Turbo Bonus Boost : Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with

You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will

support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace

background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are

eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.

Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax

products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate

solutions clearly and empathetically. The ability to understand and

empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and

providing top-notch service.
