Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney with at least two years of experience handling personal injury matters on behalf of plaintiffs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a caseload independently and will bring strong litigation skills, professionalism, and a commitment to client service.

This position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week and in our Center City Philadelphia office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery
• Take and defend depositions and appear at mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Collaborate with team members, medical experts, and consultants to develop comprehensive legal strategies that align with client objectives
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums
• Monitor and interpret changes in relevant law and assess their potential impact on client matters and case strategies

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
• At least two years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
