Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for various roles across multiple departments
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build search strategies
Screen candidates and provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 1 - 2 years in a tech or SaaS environment
Experience recruiting for roles related to cloud computing, sales engineering, or go-to-market teams in SaaS is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, with Rippling and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information and adapt in a fast-paced environment
