What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by performing access control procedures and following site-specific security-related policies within a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor and control entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or breaches.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and / or security-related threats.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and / or irregularities observed during shifts.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
