Required Skills / Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, ECGs)
- Administer therapeutic interventions including injections, suturing, immunizations, and wound care
- Develop and implement patient care management plans under physician supervision
- Document progress notes and maintain continuity of care in EMR
- Educate patients and families on prescribed therapies, post-care instructions, and preventive health
- Facilitate patient discharges, admissions, and transfers
- Assist with surgical/procedural duties if applicable
- Collaborate with nursing, specialists, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Preferred / Nice-to-Have: - 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Department settings
- Competency in standard urgent/emergent care procedures
- Experience with patient triage and high-acuity settings
Qualifications: - ARC-PA accredited PA program graduate
- California PA License (Active)
- NCCPA Certified
- BLS Certification
- NPI Required
- Fluoroscopy Permit required within 18 months of hire (if applicable)
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment

- Proficiency in urgent/emergent therapeutic procedures
- Strong EMR and documentation skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
