Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (1099 Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to inform instructional strategy

Develop high-quality learning assets, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training materials

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative instructional solutions aligned with client technical environments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or a minimum of 5 years of relevant instructional design experience

Experience designing learning across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, video, etc.)

Demonstrated experience creating learning for both synchronous and asynchronous environments

Strong understanding of the ADDIE model and Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology

Ability to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and e-learning
