PCG is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive our organization's data strategy forward. You will provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making across all departments, optimizing business outcomes and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
