Position Description

Job Summary:

The Concrete Rehabilitation Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to structural concrete repair, finishing, and the application of composite reinforcement systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform structural concrete repairs, finishing, and form work.
• Apply fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems and coatings to structural surfaces.
• Conduct epoxy injection for crack and void repair.
• Assist with surface preparation, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Follow project specifications and safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site.

Position Requirements

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of concrete repair, form work, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to apply coatings and epoxy injection materials accurately and safely.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn specialized systems (FRP, coatings, etc.).

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in concrete repair, finishing, or related construction work is a plus.
• FRP or coating experience is beneficial but not required-training available.

Physical and Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Must wear steel toe leather work boots.
• Must be available for significant travel (up to 85%) and flexible scheduling.
