Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000+ with potential for achievable bonuses!

Requirements:

• Must possess a current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
• Master's degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
• Reliable personal transportation
• Previous ABA experience required
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Key Responsibilities:

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans that lead to lasting success. You will supervise and train dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented effectively. Your role will also involve engaging families and caregivers, guiding them in managing behaviors, and promoting skill development through ABA principles. Moreover, you will conduct functional assessments and program evaluations while monitoring progress to guarantee effectiveness.
