Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver learning programs that enhance employee performance and capability
Launch and manage foundational enablement programs in collaboration with internal and external experts
Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with strategic business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
5+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management roles
Proven experience managing end-to-end talent and learning programs
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Learning Management Systems
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational learning strategies
