Hardware Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and skilled engineering manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of test and measurement products across the Fluke portfolio. As a Hardware Engineering Manager, you will oversee a talented team of electrical engineers and guide them through all stages of the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, product management, firmware / software development, and operations to deliver innovative hardware products. You will help the team accelerate new product introductions both domestically and with our global development partners in Europe and Asia to launch the next generation of Fluke test & measurement devices.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical hardware engineers, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and working effectively.
• Develop and implement hardware development strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of the design, development, and testing of hardware products.
• Ensure that all electrical designs meet industry standards, including safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver hardware products on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure that issues are identified and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact the delivery of the project.

Bonus or Equity : This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range : The salary range for this position (in local currency) is (Everett, WA : 138,575 - 257,485
