[job_card.job_description]Oversee and manage conveyor system retrofits on behalf of Amazon. Ensure adherence to Amazon operational procedures, reporting, and safety protocols. Submit daily reports, coordinate updates, and manage all project communications. Track inbound materials and deliveries; update logs accordingly. Maintain and submit change orders and schedule modifications. Act as primary point of contact for all teams on-site. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, with fluency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack. Supervise and coordinate with an assigned Administrative Assistant for reporting support (2 : 1 PM / Admin ratio). At least 1 recent Amazon facility project listed on resume as a Project Manager or Site Manager . Strong background in construction, mechanical, or automation project management. Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proficient in virtual team tools : Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack. Familiarity with Amazons RME Program (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication; daily reporting is non-negotiable. Able to work independently after initial onboarding support. Pass initial interview process and technical screen. Interview with VP via Microsoft Teams. Must clear 10-panel drug test and background check (No felonies, theft, or violent offenses). Must be available to travel and relocate for project durations.

Project Manager / Site Manager Pay & Perks :
- Hourly Rate : $45$47 / hour (W2)
- Per Diem : $227 / day Paid for all 7 days if all scheduled hours are worked (MondayFriday, 8-hour days)
- Travel Reimbursement : $0.70 / mile (Google Maps mileage)
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, weekends off
Project Manager / Site Manager Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager / Site Manager to lead Amazon conveyor retrofit installations . The initial assignment is based in Riverside, CA with upcoming projects across the U.S. Candidates must have documented experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on at least one recent Amazon facility this must be listed clearly on the resume to be considered.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to oversee additional projects nationwide. Candidates who excel may be offered a full-time, permanent role.
