Duties: Job Responsibilities:
- Operate communication systems, such as telephone and switchboard Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary Route emergency calls appropriately Relay and route written and verbal messages Contact security staff members when necessary
