Position Summary
As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (FC) at Anytime Fitness, your mission is to help members “get to a healthier place.” You’ll design and lead safe, effective, and engaging exercise programs for a wide range of participants while fostering positive lifestyle changes that create sustainable, long-term results.
Our ideal coach is passionate, energetic, and driven to help people become the best version of themselves. You’ll work with members through:
Beyond training sessions, you’ll provide guidance, accountability, and motivation to help each member succeed. You’ll also play a key role in member retention, sales support, and community engagement, ensuring every person who walks through our doors experiences a “surprisingly personable” level of service.

Qualifications
NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFAA, ACE, or ISSA
– OR – a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $40,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
