Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Social Studies and Computer Studies Teacher to join our faculty mid-year. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to the classroom, fostering engagement and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

· Teach 9th–11th grade Social Studies courses (World Geography, American History).

· Teach high school computer classes (Microsoft Office Suite, beginning programming, and digital literacy).

· Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school standards.

· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

· Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support student success.

· Uphold the values and mission of Beth Jacob High School.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

· Colorado teaching license or eligibility (preferred, not required for private schools).

· Experience teaching high school students, ideally in both social studies and technology.

· Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.

· Enthusiasm for teaching in a supportive, faith-based girls’ high school environment.
